Paul attended Hope College in Holland, Michigan where he graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Management. In 2003, Paul interned as an investigator for the Washington, D.C. Public Defender Service. As an investigator, Paul helped develop many successful defense strategies. After graduating from Hope, Paul attended Michigan State University College of Law and graduated magna cum laude in 2007. Paul joined The Coles Firm P.C. in May 2008 as an Associate. At The Coles Firm, Paul handles a variety of employment matters, including individual plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases, defending small business owners in contract disputes, and multi-state collective actions involving overtime violations. In addition to his employment litigation practice, Paul assists businesses and individuals with their immigration needs, including obtaining employment-based visas and green cards. Paul is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Paul currently serves as Co-Chair of DAYL’s Ties that Bind Committee and is a member of the DAYL 2009 Leadership Class. In 2009, Paul was chosen as a Fellow of the DAYL Foundation and a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation. |
