Training
The Coles Firm provides Employee, Front-Line Supervisor, Human Resources, and Senior Management Training. We structure and tailor each training to complement and reinforce your policies and procedures. Our Training is not Pre-Packaged or Cut-And-Paste. We provide a customized training program of any length to any audience. Before a training is scheduled, we meet with your Human Resources staff and/or Senior Management to discuss common issues, policy changes, and areas of emphasis. Finally, we provide a training log and Attendee Confirmation to ensure you maintain up-to-date records for future use.
Auditing
Even the most diligent company can benefit from an external audit. I-9 documentation, for example, requires updated information for certain employees. Many employers miss this vital update, and are unaware of the relevant regulations. Other employers require Employee Handbook reviews or a comprehensive review of their employment contracts. In either case, if you have not had an external audit in more than 3 years, it may be time to review your current policies and procedures.
