It is unusual for a law firm focusing on employer-employee relationships to accept engagements from both employers and employees. Our practice, however, is not based on an ideological approach to the practice of law. Instead, we focus on providing clients with real-world and practical solutions, mixed with a healthy dose of realism. Within our profession, there is nothing more important than candid and honest legal advice. For the employee who feels wronged by an employer, there may or may not be a legal violation. If there is not, we believe the employee should know that. Alternatively, when an employer is accused of (or even sued for) an alleged violation, our first task is to investigate the claim and provide the client with a frank assessment of the allegations.
